3. Appointments
Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone or other channels shown on the website. An appointment is confirmed only after our team confirms it.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment and bring your Emirates ID or passport. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Rescheduling or cancellation is possible only in exceptional cases and with at least 24 hours’ notice. Specific conditions for packages, courses and special offers are confirmed by the clinic at the time of booking or purchase.
5. Consultation and Treatment Suitability
Before treatment, our doctors or specialists may assess your medical history, current medications, skin condition and goals. You agree to provide complete and accurate information.
The clinic may decline, postpone or change a treatment if it is not suitable or safe for you. Medical and injectable treatments are performed by DHA-licensed doctors; other procedures are provided by qualified specialists according to their scope of practice.
6. Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors such as skin and hair type, health, lifestyle and following aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee a specific result or a fixed number of sessions. Before-and-after photos on the website show individual cases and are not a promise of the same result.
7. Aftercare
You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions given by your specialist. If you notice an unusual reaction after a treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
8. Prices and Payment
Prices on the website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are for information only. The final price is confirmed by the clinic before treatment. Payment terms, packages and offers are confirmed by the clinic at the time of booking or purchase.
9. Minors
Treatments for persons under 18 are provided only where permitted by applicable law and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Photos and Personal Data
